أيام العمل الرسمية

أيام العمل الرسمية لدينا هي من الأحد إلى الخميس، بينما الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية هي أيام عطلة لجميع الموظفين وشركات الشحن.

الشحن والتوصيل

• يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 3 إلى 6 أيام عمل حد أقصي حسب موقعك الجغرافي.
• نعتمد على شركات شحن خارجية لضمان توصيل طلباتك في الوقت المحدد.
• يمكنك اختيار الوقت الأنسب لك لاستلام الطلب سواء خلال اليوم، الأسبوع، أو حتى الشهر.

الطلبات العاجلة

إذا كنت بحاجة إلى توصيل سريع، يُرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء، وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لمساعدتك.

محاولات التسليم الفاشلة

• إذا لم يكن هناك أحد في العنوان المسجل لاستلام الطلب، يُرجى التواصل معنا لتحديد موعد تسليم جديد.
• ستقوم الشركة بمحاولتين فقط للتوصيل.
• إذا لم يتم استلام الطلب خلال 7 أيام من محاولة التوصيل الأولى، فلن تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن أي توصيلات إضافية.

تكلفة الشحن

• يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب، بناءً على المنتج وعنوان التوصيل.
• بالنسبة للطلبات الخاصة، سيتم تحديد رسوم الشحن وإضافتها إلى إجمالي قيمة الطلب.

وقت التوصيل المتوقع

• سيتم تقديم الوقت التقديري للتوصيل بعد إتمام طلبك.
• يبدأ حساب وقت التوصيل من تاريخ الشحن وليس من تاريخ الطلب.
• قد تختلف مواعيد التسليم بناءً على شركة الشحن، الموقع، أو طريقة التوصيل.
• بعض المنتجات قد يتم شحنها في عدة طرود منفصلة.

  Urgent Orders

  If you need faster delivery, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.

  Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If no one is available at the provided address to receive the order, please contact our customer service to reschedule.
  • The company will attempt delivery twice only.
  • If the order is not received within 7 days of the first attempt, the company is not responsible for further delivery.

  Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address.
  • For special orders, shipping fees will be quoted separately and added to the final order balance.

  Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided.
  • Delivery time starts from the date of shipping, not the order date.
  • Delays may occur due to carrier shipping practices, location, or delivery method.
  • Some products may arrive in separate shipments.
