إمتى تقدر تستبدل أو تسترجع المنتج؟

• لو استلمت منتج غير اللي طلبته.
• لو المنتج فيه عيب تصنيعي.

إزاي تطلب استبدال أو استرداد؟

1. لازم تكلمنا الأول على فيسبوك قبل ما تبعت أي حاجة.
2. تبعتلنا صورة واضحة للمنتج مع السبب اللي خلاك عايز تستبدله أو ترجعه.
3. تستنى تأكيد مننا قبل ما ترجع المنتج.

حاجات لازم تاخد بالك منها

• مصاريف الشحن للإرجاع: إحنا مش مسؤولين عنها.
• شحن الاستبدال: لو هتبدل المنتج، مش هتدفع أي مصاريف شحن إضافية.
• المنتج لازم يكون جديد ومش مستخدم علشان نقدر نقبله.

  3. Wait for our confirmation before returning the item.

  • Return Shipping: We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Exchange Shipping: If you request an exchange, you won’t be charged additional shipping fees.
  • The item must be unused and in good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
