How long does it take for my order to arrive ?
Orders within Greater Cairo & Giza & Alexandria  arrive in 2-4 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within 3-5 days.
Customized orders (“Print Your Own”) might take up to 6 business days to be delivered

Can you send me two prouduct to choose between them?
Unfortunately we can’t send you two sizes but we allow exchanges after the courier leaves

How much is the shipping fees?
deliver in Alexandria for 50 EGP
We deliver in Cairo and Giza for 60 EGP
Anywhere else for 65: 70 EGP

How can I pay my order?
You can pay online by vodafoncash& instapay or you can pay cash on delivery.

How can I exchange my order?
You can Email us at layl.egbusiness@gmail.com
with your order number and reason for exchange or you can send us through Instagram or Facebook.

What is your Exchange/ Refund policy?
According to our policy: We allow exchanges within 6 days of receiving your order with 60 LE for exchange fees . according to refunds our courier will wait for you until you check the order. if the product does not suit or fit you, you may immediatly return in without pay shipping fees.
